We prefer that you contact us via EMAIL. We do have a toll free number (1-888-570-2323) but note if you don't speak clearly when you give your phone number we won't be able to call you. WE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE- it is used solely to get contact information as we are busy pouring molds and artistically painting pieces!

We usually check for emails several times throughout the day but it is primarily checked in late afternoon. Sending an email ensures your information is received in a clear, concise manner.

Before you contact us to request glazed bulk items, the answer is "NO." It is not fair to make other customers wait while we serve one person- we LOSE business that way. We don't work on just one order- glazes have to dry between coats so a multitude of orders are being hand painted at the same time. IF YOU CALL AND ASK A BULK RELATED QUESTION, WE WON'T EVEN CALL YOU BACK.
